Balboa Park
We took our engagement photos at Balboa Park. Balboa Park is home to the San Diego Zoo, many museums, the Old Globe Theater, the organ pavilion and many gardens and trails.
Embarcadero
The San Diego Embarcadero showcases the beautiful waterfront of San Diego. We landed here on our cruise this Christmas! It includes the San Diego Maritime Museum, the USS Midway Museum, and the famous kissing statue. You can walk along the waterfront past the San Diego County Administration Building, Waterfront Park, take a harbor excursion or enjoy fresh seafood at many restaurants along the way.
San Diego Beaches
There are a lot of beautiful beaches in San Diego. Some of our favorites include: Coronado Beach in front of the famous Hotel Del; Mission Beach, the location of Brian's Beach Bar Mitzvah Party; La Jolla Cove and La Jolla Shores; and Del Mar Beach
Old Town
For a taste of historical culture and the best Mexican food in town, head to Old Town State Historic Park.
