EVERYONE IS INVITED TO THE REHEARSAL DINNER!!! Rehearsal dinner will begin at 5:00pm, so please come join us when you arrive in Virginia! Drinks will include wine, beer, liquor, mixers, soda, tea, and water. We will have a taco bar catered by Hank's Fly'n Pig (yup, they fly in Virginia, too!). The taco bar will include fajitas, tacos, nachos, GUAC, QUESO, and the rest of the fixings. For non-meat eaters and Grandma we will have portabella sandwiches... they really do sound good! The festivities will end near 10:00pm for noise curfews and to allow everyone some shut-eye for the BIG DAY. Thank you all for joining us when you can arrive. The Blue Ridge Mountains and the mountain air will help us set the stage for a memorable weekend with the family and friends we adore. Have a safe trip and enjoy the views... and traffic... on your way into VA!

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
If you make it through the Rehearsal Dinner, you are more than welcome to join us for the actual Wedding Ceremony. We ask that you plan on arriving by 5:30pm for the 6:00pm ceremony. There is plenty of parking out back and there will be two shuttles running from the hotels where majority of folks will be staying. You may leave your car overnight in the lot, so bring your party pants! We will announce the schedule for shuttles when we get closer to the actual day. There will be a tiny walk, like 200 feet from the arrival point to the wedding and then, again, back to the Reception. There is a path that tucks you back into the woods and allows you to have the beautiful view of the mountains. Ladies, feel free to bring walkin' shoes, but we think you will make it fine in heels. The ceremony will conclude near 6:30 and we will make our way back to the Pavilion for cocktails while some lovely wedding photos with the bride and groom are taken.

Loosen your ties, put on your dancin' shoes, and let the fun begin. The reception will begin immediately following the wedding while some photos are being taken. There are cornhole, checkers, and some other lawn games available. There will be an open bar with bottled/canned beer, wine, liquor drinks, soda, tea, and water. Dancing will conclude when Shannon says so!
