It was July of 2020, and a million degrees outside. Stef and Zack met for the first time at Whetstone Park of Roses, because Pandemmy protocol said to stay outside of restaurants and bars, aka normal places for first dates. It wasn't technically the first time they'd met, as they'd both graduated from Upper Arlington High School one year apart. And as Stef would say, Zack was "like, really cute" in high school. And three months into lockdown, boredom brought them both to the origin of so many millennial romances, Tinder. They both recognized each other, they both swiped right, and they both showed up. Before they knew it, they'd been sitting under a tree in that park talking for over four hours. Heat exhaustion and dehydration be damned. It took a few more months before they'd see each other again, but after that they were inseparable. Getting to know and love each other quickly and deeply in a way you only could during 2020, a time where you literally could only hang out with less than ten people total. Zack took Stef back to that very same tree in that very same park to propose in December of 2022, after adding a new home and a new furry child, their dog Snacks, to their lives together. They are so excited to take this next step into marriage as partners, teammates, and best friends. And to share it with all of you!
