Monica and Stefan chatted for over a month before going on their first date. After a two week trip to LA, and a negative COVID test, Monica headed out to meet Stefan for dinner. Stefan had prepared a delicious dinner of salad, red pepper pasta, and a chocolate dessert board. It was love at first sight!

Stefan surprised Monica with a spontaneous detour to Salt Lake City, Utah, while on their way to visit family in Los Angeles. From there, they drove south and enjoyed a cozy "glamping" experience in a teepee nestled in the mountains. The surprises continued as Stefan whisked Monica away to Young Living's Lavender Farm, where a horse-drawn carriage from France awaited them. After a private tour of the farm, they made their way to the lavender fields for some photos. As Monica turned around from a back-to-back photo, she found Stefan on one knee. It was the most magical proposal, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of lavender bushes.
