What are the cruise details?

Answer

The Royal Caribbean Cruise departs from Cape Liberty (NJ) on July 15, 2025. The Liberty of the Seas will have 2 sea days and one port day in Halifax, Nova Scotia. You can view more of the itinerary details on the Travel Page of our website.

Do I have to book the cruise to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes, the wedding is occurring onboard the ship on the first sea day.

How do I book the cruise?

Answer

Please call Royal Caribbean's Group Sales Department at 1-800-465-3595 ext. 5 and give them the group number 9173524. This will add you to our group! You will need to pay the $200 deposit at the time of booking and must provide the following information: Legal first and last name that match required travel documentation, Date of Birth, Citizenship, Gender, Mailing address, Telephone number, Email address

What if I find a better price online for the cruise?

Answer

That's great! You are able to call and book with that price keeping in mind the the $200 deposit is non-refundable if you choose this option. Please call 1-800-465-3595 ext. 5 and give them the group number 9173524 to book.

Do I have to book the cruise through calling?

Answer

Yes, to ensure you are a part of our group and are able to receive the benefits of being a part of the group, you will have to call and give the group number to book

Is there an upfront cost?

Answer

There is a refundable deposit of $200 if you book one of our block inside rooms. The rest of payment is due May 1, 2025. Please Note: If you book outside of our room type your $200 deposit is non refundable.

What if I want to book something other than an inside room?

Answer

If you want to book a different room type you will just inform them when you call and they will arrange this for you. Please call and use our group number to book.

Will I have time to do other things on the cruise?

Answer

Of course! We will have optional events happening but understand this is a vacation for you as well. Enjoy yourself.

Are drinks included in the cruise package?

Answer

The cruise package includes tea, water, juice and coffee. If you would like to purchase a beverage package this will be an additional cost.

Where do I park if I am driving to Port Liberty?

Answer

A safe and secure parking facility is conveniently located adjacent to the cruise terminal. Parking fees are $30 per day including all taxes*. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. No reservations are necessary and parking is guaranteed. More Information can be found on Royal Caribbean's website.

How will I get to Port Liberty?

Answer

We are working on arranging transport from the hotel block (pending) to the port. Please check back for details.

When do I need to book by?

Answer

Our room block is reserved until October 15, 2024. If you book after this date the price may go up and we cannot guarantee your placement on the ship.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

It's a vacation so we will let you decide ;) Per Royal Caribbean Policy: Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise.

May I board a Royal Caribbean ship if I am pregnant?

Answer

Per Royal Caribbean's Website: Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise or CruiseTour.
