Question
What is the ceremony dress code?
Answer
We are requesting a formal/black-tie optional dress code for our wedding. For women: evening gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or formal separates. For men: suits and ties. Ladies, while the event is primarily outdoors, we will be on stone, brick, and concrete floors, so any form of shoe will work.

What is the welcome party dress code?
Answer
We request dressy casual attire at this venue. Ladies: Sundresses, skirts, khakis, and blouses. Men: khakis or slacks, polos or button downs, no jeans please. This event will be located entirely indoors. And of course, hats and boots are encouraged as a fun welcome to Texas!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Late September is still summer time in Austin. The weather will likely be in the 90s during the day. Luckily, it is dry and the sun will be setting behind the building by ceremony time which will give way to a comfortable evening. The ceremony and dinner will be fully outdoors. There is plenty of shaded and indoor space to utilize during cocktail hour. Dancing will be located indoors.

Is there parking at the ceremony location?
Answer
If you choose to drive, the venue has ample parking and attendants to assist you. There will also be golf cart rides provided to transport you from your parking space to the ceremony space. If you are planning to enjoy the open bar, Ubers will be readily available to take you home safely at the end of the night.

May I bring my kids?
Answer
Due to limited numbers and venue considerations, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited. If you do have young children attending, please be aware that the venue has many ledges, elevated walkways, and several water features so they should be watched carefully.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
We will have several meal options that are vegetarian friendly but if you need a special accommodation for allergies or other restrictions, you can let us know when you RSVP and our catering company's chef can prepare your own special dish. You can also feel free to reach out to either of us directly to talk specifics!
