Please have your RSVP in before September 19th to ensure we have a seat and a meal for you! To RSVP look at the top of this website, find the tab named RSVP, put in your name and find your family!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you have received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. If your children are not specified on the invite, we would like for you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourselves! If you are unable to leave your child with a sitter and this makes you unable to come, get in contact with the bride and groom so we can figure out a way for you to be able to attend!
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for the evening. No jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers, please! Women, please refrain from wearing white or shades of white.
The most important thing for us is for you to be present yourselves! Gifts are not a requirement from guests, but they are greatly appreciated! Our registry is located on our website, just look at the top of the website and click where it says registry!
Our reception is located at Josh's parents house in their garage! The address is 2837 Tabler Station Road, Martinsburg, WV 25403.
If it does rain on our wedding day and we need to change the location of our wedding, it will be at our church! Our church is First Baptist Church of Inwood and the address is 634 Middleway Pike, Inwood, WV 25428. We will get in contact with everyone if we happen to need to move where our wedding takes place at.
During the ceremony, guests can sit on whichever side of the wedding aisle that they would like! On entry of the wedding reception there will be a seating chart showing where we have sat our guests!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones are on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and we'd hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!
Yes! Under the "travel" tab on this website you can find more details of nearby hotels. These are the closest to the ceremony and reception location but you are more than welcome to stay somewhere else of your choosing!
To help us with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date provided on your formal invitation. If you are having trouble RSVPing, please contact the bride or groom. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline noted on the invitation, we will have to mark you as "not attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but we do need to finalize guest count for the vendors. We hope you understand.
We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time. We kindly ask that if arriving anytime after the ceremony starts, you head to the reception area to decrease interruptions to the ceremony.
