How do we book our stay at the Riu Palace?
Answer
Please contact our travel agent, Brina (BookWithBrina), for assistance with room reservations. A deposit of $200 per room is due by March 1st, 2024, with the full payment required by December 6th, 2024. You are able to pay your deposit before March 1st.

Are children welcome at the wedding?
Answer
You are welcome to make this a family vacation; however, we have a limited guestlist and are unable to accommodate children at the wedding. We recommend brining someone to help with childcare. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you in an adult-only setting. If you have any concerns or need assistance with alternative arrangements, please feel free to reach out to us.

What's the dress code for the wedding ?

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. We encourage guests to dress elegantly yet comfortably for the tropical setting. For men, this could include dress shirts with dress trousers or khakis, paired with a blazer or a lightweight suit. Ties are optional, and loafers or dress shoes are appropriate. For women, a cocktail dress, a chic jumpsuit, or a stylish skirt and top combination are excellent choices. We look forward to celebrating in style with you at the Riu Palace.

Credit cards are widely accepted, but it's advisable to carry some cash for small vendors or places that may not accept cards.

Your stay at the Riu Palace is all-inclusive, meaning that the cost of your room covers not only your accommodations but also meals, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, entertainment, and many on-site activities. You can eat and drink as often as you'd like. Please note that some premium services or off-site excursions may incur additional costs.
