The Wedding Website of Stacy Moon and Evan Hetzel

The Hampton Inn & Suites-Sharon, PA is located on PA18 South (exit 4 B-Stay to the left at the fork) off I-80 and directly behind Park Inn by Radisson. The hotel is holding a block of rooms for the wedding 9/7/23–9/9/23 (approximately 12 minutes from venue). The last day to reserve rooms under this block 8/7/23. Any rooms booked after this date will be at the hotel's regular rate. Rooms must be cancelled 24 hours before your day of arrival with a confirmation number to avoid a charge. Check in is at 3pm. We will not guarantee any early check-ins. **A shuttle will be provided. The first shuttle will pick up and leave at 2:45pm from the Hampton Inn heading directly to the venue. The second will be leaving from the Hampton Inn at 3:20-3:30pm, to the Holiday Inn, then to the venue in time for the ceremony. For the end of the night, the first shuttle will be leaving the venue at 10:15pm for the hotels and will be returning for a second trip after the initial drop off**

When booking your reservation, call the hotel directly at 724-528-3030 and be sure to mention that you are with the “Moon/Hetzel Wedding, 9/8/23” to receive the wedding discount. You can also book online, or on the Hilton Honors App by using GROUP CODE: MHW. The hotel will just need to know your arrival and departure dates are as there are room blocks available on Thursday, 9/7/23 as well.

*ALTERNATIVE OPTION* The Holiday Inn and Express & Suites provides an additional option once the Hampton Inn room block is fully booked but room prices will not be at a room block rate. The Holiday Inn is located 12-minutes from the venue and 4-minutes from the Hampton Inn where the shuttle will be picking and dropping off guest. When booking, mention you are will the Moon/Hetzel wedding so we can potentially arrange shuttle transportation to this location.
