Question

WHAT ABOUT COVID?

Answer

To protect all of our family and friends and those who can't vaccinate we will require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test within the last 72 hours of all guests. The invites say PCR but due to lack of resources from the storm we are fine with any kind of COVID test that shows a negative result.

If I'm not vaccinated, where can I get a COVID test?

Answer

You can get a test at your doctor's office, hospital, urgent care, any other location you are aware of, or you can order an at home test and bring the results. A list of FDA approved at home tests can be found on this website https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19-emergency-use-authorizations-medical-devices/in-vitro-diagnostics-euas-antigen-diagnostic-tests-sars-cov-2 At home tests vary in cost from about $15 to $200 depending on what you want. We just request that any unvaccinated guests get a test, it does not have to be a PCR test.

I'm vaccinated, what do I need to do?

Answer

Just bring proof of vaccination, the white card, or LA Wallet or other app if from out of state.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately this is an adult only event, with the exception of the bridal party. We wish we could welcome kids too and it was a really hard choice but due to pricing, it just wasn't an option for us, thank you for your understanding, we swear, we love your kids.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Sunday best... No shoes, no shirt, no service. Please bring a mask.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any allergies and we can try to accommodate you, we will do whatever we can to make sure you get to eat too! Stephanie has a lot of food allergies so she understands and wants to make sure you aren't hungry.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the location. Its in the main lobby for the restaurant (Grady V's) at the Bayou Country Club. There should be plenty of parking there, but we are going to make sure with the venue and update this response.
