In order to properly plan for food, drinks, seating, and staff with our venue, your RVSP is needed by Sunday November 12th. While we hope to save a seat in your honor, if you do not confirm your attendance by the deadline you mark your response as declined to attend.
While we'd love to have all of the littles in attendance, we prefer this be an 18 and over affair, unless invited by name. We hope you can join us and enjoy your kid-free evening!
Semi-formal attire is preferred but not required.
We are so excited to share our day with you! Though we'd love to invite everyone, unfortunately we have limited capacity. We have reserved a limited amount of seats in your honor (those who are listed on your invitation) and will be unable to accommodate more. Thank you for understanding.
Prior to the ceremony there will be a cash bar. After the ceremony the bar will be hosted (well cocktails and a selection of beer and wine) until the pre-paid bar tab runs out. Top-shelf cocktails can be purchased for an upgraded fee. After the tab runs out, alcoholic beverages will still be available for purchase (tips are not included remember to tip the wait staff)
We kindly ask guests plan accordingly, be safe, and party responsibly. We encourage guests to carpool where possible. While ride shares like Uber and Lyft will drop off at the venue, they do not pick up. We plan to have a shuttle at the END of the night to transport guests from the venue back to I-17 and Happy Valley. PLEASE NOTE This is ONE WAY Only at the end of the evening. There will NOT be a shuttle option TO the venue for guests. To help us ensure we have adequate room for shuttle passengers, please indicate on your RSVP if you would like a shuttle ride back to "town" at the end of the party, or let us know before 11/19. Overnight parking at the venue is allowed.
No, we are leaving it to our out of town friends and family to decide when/where they prefer to stay. We have a variety of nearby suggestions on this website under Travel.
We hope our guests will let the professionals take the photos during the ceremony. Before and after the ceremony we encourage any and all photos, as long as you share them with us ;)
Dinner is buffet style: BBQ Pork, Chicken, Beans, Coleslaw & Dinner Rolls. Per the venue, all of the buffet items are Gluten Free EXCEPT their Ranch Dressing and the Dinner Rolls. We will also have 1 gluten free dessert option.
When you RSVP you please indicate any special dietary restrictions you have, we will do our best to accommodate. The venue does have vegetarian and gluten free options. Vegetarian requests must be made before 11/19/23.
We do not have a gift registry. Having the opportunity to celebrate with those we hold dear is all the gift we truly want or need. We do understand some may still wish to give a gift, for those we have a home and honeymoon funds on the website, listed under registry.
The venue doors will open at 3:00 PM for guest arrival. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30, with the reception immediately to follow (bring your dancing shoes!).
Bridal Party and Immediate Families presence is requested at the venue for a Rehearsal on 12/2/2023 at 11AM. A separate Rehearsal dinner / Open house will follow starting at 2PM at Mike & Stacey's home. The Rehearsal Dinner is intended for family members, the bridal party, and out of town guests. Those invited to each of these events will be able to rsvp through the website to each
