We can’t wait to share our special day with you!

Ben and Stacey matched on Hinge (online dating app) in the fall of 2019. They chatted for a few weeks, but things fizzled out and they went their separate ways. Fast forward to March of 2020, they reconnected on Instagram, and started talking to each other again on a daily basis. They finally decided to hang out for the first time in April 2020. With it being the beginning of the pandemic, the options were pretty limited, so Stacey went over to Bens apartment. They connected over stand up comedy and found they had a very similar sense of humor. They continued to see each other on a regular basis, and the rest is history!

Ben and Stacey planned a trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, and little did Stacey know, Ben did some extra planning behind the scenes. After a little bit of travel trouble, they finally made it to the beautiful TRS Yucatán resort about 4 hours later than planned. On the second day they decided they were going to have dinner at the Italian restaurant, and Ben made the “reservation”. They spent all day at the pool with new friends and then got ready for dinner. They were picked up in a golf cart which Stacey found kind of strange because they could have easily walked, but brushed it off. They were dropped off outside of a wooded, jungle type area, and Stacey was really confused. The server came out and walked them to a secluded private dining table with a photographer ready to go. The photographer instructed them to walk down the steps of the cenote and had them pose for a few photos. Ben then got down on one knee and asked Stacey to spend the rest of their lives together. She of course said yes! Afterwards they got to enjoy a 6 course dinner together and talk about all of the exciting things to come. After dinner they called their family and friends to share the big news. It was truly the best day!
