Dress Code
Answer
Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a mid- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Your comfort is important to us, and we will be outside! Be aware that it may be warm during the day and chilly at night.

Family
Answer
Your family are our family, and your kids are welcome as long as they are planned for. We do have a guest cap so if we didn't include children or a Plus One on your invite unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate. Fur babies need to stay home, Spoon and Nala included. Please reach out to us with any concerns.

Registry and Gifts
Answer
If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 2598 Running Deer Rd. Shingle Springs CA 95682. A wedding card box will be at our reception. We have registries for both Zola, and Amazon on our registry page.

Parking
Answer
Parking is available behind the venue, you must drive through the venue and ceremony area so be careful not to interrupt the ceremony if arriving late. Limited parking is available at the front we'd like to keep reserved for those in need of a shorter walk. If you'd like to be considered for the closer parking please reach out so we can plan accordingly.

Photos
Answer
We request everyone keep their phones away during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer, Tami Verozza, who will be taking the best photos we could ask for. We will provide a moment for everyone to take their own photos during the ceremony, but otherwise we request to keep your phones away. Once the ceremony is over take all the pictures you want!! We are planning on providing a service where all guest photos can be uploaded in one place.

We are excited to be having a taco bar run by one our former chef and friend, Victor De La Torre. Limited vegetarian/vegan options may be available.

We will be providing a signature cocktail, draft beer, and wine options. All alcohol will be served by the venue staff with no exceptions.

Car Services
Answer
Uber and Lyft can be scarce up in Placerville, but there is a local Taxi. Phone number will be posted at the venue. No car or shuttle services will be provided.

Venue should be fully accessible with cane, crutch, walkers, and wheelchairs. Ceremony is held in grass field. ADA Parking available at front of venue.
