The bus will pick guests up from the DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte City Center at 3:30pm. You do NOT need to be staying at the hotel to take the shuttle. The shuttle will leave the reception at 10:30pm bringing you back to the DoubleTree. **Out of town guests will get first choice, but if you are local please still mark attend so we can get a good idea of numbers!! Thank you!**
