Joseph Mitchel Miranda, Groom & Jennifer Lynn Spera, Bride Meet our friends and family who will be walking down the aisle with us!

Lauren Hufham

Maid of Honor

Lauren and I met at the start of our Sophomore year at East Stroudsburg University in 2015. We were both transfer students that year, so neither of us knew anybody on campus. After meeting through a social media app, we very quickly became best friends. We roomed together our Junior and Senior years at school, and worked together at Under Armour and Mount Airy Casino during our undergrad. Basically, anywhere I was, Lauren was, and vice versa!

Cameron Pozsgai

Best Man

Cam and I didn't really get super close until after high school, and I know we both sorta kick ourselves for not hanging out more. He's been one of my best friends for a long time now, and no matter what, I know he'll always have my best interest in mind. He's helped me learn some things about myself over the years, and I don't think I could ever fully thank him for that. *Ask him to tell you a "where's Joey" story, I promise there's about 100 of them*

Cassia Cole

Bridesmaid

Cass and I met and became best friends in Second Grade at Lake-Noxen Elementary School circa 2004. We lived pretty close by to one another, so we were constantly begging our parents to have sleepovers. Growing up at Harveys Lake was such a blast for us. We spent countless summer days swimming, tubing, and jet skiing on the water. After almost 2 decades, Cass remains a lifelong friend and sister of mine. No matter how much time goes by, she and I will always be there for each other like family.

Andre Green

Groomsman

Andre is probably my closest friend that I've made since moving to Pittsburgh. I really appreciate how motivated he is, and it kicks me into overdrive when I'm around him. He helped me with the Engagement, our move, and he has continued coming in clutch ever since. I'm pumped to make more memories with him in the future. *Ask him about karaoke at the Sea Shell*

Katie Honaker

Bridesmaid

Katie was one of the first of Joe's friends that I got to meet, and we hit it off right away. Katie can be described as a ray of sunshine in a bottle of Jameson. She enjoys spending her time at the beach with her dog, Pablo, exploring North Carolina, and Pickleback shots. Katie has such a big heart. My favorite thing about her is how she never lets anybody feel left out. She always wants to make sure that everyone is having a good time. Her positive energy is so infectious, it's hard not to smile when she's around.

Shane Nickol

Groomsman

Shane and I have been friends since before we were allowed to be friends. It all started with lip syncing Eminem while we were waiting for the bus home from school. Shane and I have always tried to hold each other accountable, and we've both grown from it. Shane has been around for for pretty much all of my adventures, and if there's one thing I know for certain, it's that he's a loyal friend. * ask Shane about study hall *

Krista Shearer

Bridesmaid

I met Krista back in November of 2019 while celebrating Katie’s (Bridesmaid) birthday in Cleveland. I remember having the absolute time of my life that night with those girls. Krista is the kind of friend that everyone needs. She’ll tell you the truth when you need to hear it most, but she’s also a great listener, and is loyal to her people.

Chris Schmies

Groomsman

I met Schmies through Cameron, and Oh am I thankful. Anytime we're in the same room, he's the first person to make sure we BOTH get a laugh. I think that we've both learned a lot about each other, especially in the last few years. I swear the guy can play like 14 different instruments, and I think that's the coolest thing! "ask him about his favorite thing to do to get us laughing"

Kristina "Sissy" Tirva

Bridesmaid

Sissy is ALL of the positives of having an older sister. Growing up 16 years apart allowed us to have a very unique, and special sibling relationship that I will cherish for a lifetime. She has always been someone that I could look up to, go to for advice, and to celebrate life's accomplishments with (no matter how big or small). She is an amazing mother, friend, and wife, and the strength that this woman emanates is unmatched. Anytime I am in need of a pick me up, Sissy delivers. She's usually good for an embarrassing story or two, or a few Netflix or Hulu recommendations. Ask her about her dog. She LOVES sharing pictures of Gus.

Jason Miranda

Groomsman

Jason has been a great older brother to learn from for my entire life. A Lot of what I learned about hard work, and what it can do for you comes from being around him. He's done a lot for our family, and helped make lifelong memories. He's the kind of guy that you want on your side when all hell breaks loose and, he seems to always have things under control. I look up to him for that and I couldn't be more proud to have him stand up there with me. * Ask him why he and his friends always call me "Joey Mitchel" *

Erica Spera

Bridesmaid

Erica is the sister-in-law that I never knew I needed. She officially joined our family in July of 2014, and having Erica as a sister, has been everything that I hoped it would be. She is unexpectedly funny, sweet, and such an amazing Mom to Lincoln and Maisie. She may seem quiet at first, but don't let her fool you! This girl loves taking shots of tequila, and having a good time with her friends and family (as long as she gets to leave by 9pm).

Justin Prescott

Groomsman

Prescott and I met @ Miami University, and while they didn't give me a degree, they gave me a lifelong friend. What else can I ask for? He thought I was cool, even on my worst days as a broke college student. I'm really proud of him for all he's done to get to, and excel in med school. I always joke that I wouldn't let him cut me open, but on a real note, he's going to make a great doctor. "Ask him how much his back hurts from carrying me in video games anytime we play."

Jonah Konzen

Groomsman

Jonah and I have been friends since we were in diapers (on the account of our mothers being friends since high school). We grew up together, so we're more like brothers than best friends. We have more memories together than I can count. He's everyone's favorite giant, and I think Jonah is one of those friends that no matter what, he and I will always just pick up where we left off. *Ask him about our trip to the Carolinas*

Stephen Kacenski

Groomsman

Steve is one of my closest childhood friends. He's seen me be a total idiot, and he's seen me at my best. No matter what version of me he runs into, he's always accepted me for who I am. That's probably my favorite thing about him. Anytime we're together, we always picked up right where we left off. *You'd probably like to find out about 3 Man*
