If you have any questions other than what is listed below, please contact Spencer or Stewart.
Question

Where can I stay?

Answer

There are hotels around 7 miles away (15 minutes) from the venue. They are right off I-75! There is a Fairfield Inn & Suites, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn Express, & Comfort Inn to name a few. There are also AirBNB's available close by the venue. Please go to the "Hotel Blocks" page to access the link to book a hotel in the area with discounted rates.

Question

Is there enough onsite parking?

Answer

There are 90 spaces in the gravel lot, as well as overflow parking. Since we have invited quite a bit of friends and family, there will be a shuttle going back and forth from the hotels to the venue throughout the night. You are more than welcome to catch the shuttle or park onsite. Please note, if you leave your car overnight, it cannot stay past 9 am EST the following morning.

Question

Where is the shuttle starting?

Answer

There will be 2 shuttles. One will be located in front of the Fairfield Inn and the other will be in front of the Hampton Inn. They will begin making rounds at 3:15. The second & final pickup will be at 4:15 Feel free to park at one of those hotels to use the shuttle even if you did not make reservations there. If you did not take the shuttle to the venue, but need to use it after the reception you are more than welcome to! The departures will be on an as-needed basis with the last trip leaving at 10:45.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm EST, so please make sure to arrive before that time. Ramble Creek attendants will not let guests down into the ceremony after it has begun. We encourage you to plan ahead to ensure you don’t miss it!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you not bring a guest unless it's specifically mentioned on your invitation. Please be sure to write both your name and your guest's full name on the RSVP card so we can reserve a place for you. Because we’re keeping this ceremony intimate, we’re hoping to share this special moment with our closest friends and family only.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception will take place primarily indoors. Although this is not a black-tie event, we suggest semi-formal attire. Ladies may opt for cocktail dresses, or mid- to full-length dresses, while gentlemen can wear dress pants and a button-up shirt. Ties and jackets are welcome, should you choose to dress up further. Please no jeans or hats.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be an unplugged event. Our lovely photographer & videographer will take care of all the pictures during the ceremony. We encourage you to take pictures during the reception!

Question

When is the cut off date to RSVP?

Answer

The cut off date February 15th. This is listed on the RSVP card that is sent with the invitation. If you received a Save the Date but not your invitation in the mail by mid- January, please reach out to Spencer or Stewart. If you have not RSVP’ed or been contacted by the couple, we are assuming that you will be celebrating from afar and will not be included in the final headcount.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow you and all of our guests an evening of relaxation and celebration, we have decided to make our special day an adults-only occasion.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a serious food allergy, please let us know ASAP!

For all the days along the way
