It all began about 5 years ago...Spencer was the Captain of North Bethany Beach Patrol and hired me as a first year Rookie lifeguard. We became best friends during tbose summers guarding together and eventually (3 yrs ago) we began dating.
    Finally, on August 17th 2019, he took me to the same lifeguard stand where we first met all those years ago and got down on one knee :) After the proposal he took me to the Big Chill restaurant in Bethany where my whole family was waiting to celebrate. It was just the best day!
