'TIL DEATH DO US PART(Y)

We originally planned on getting in December of 2020. Thanks to a nightmare called COVID-19, we pushed our reception to 2021. We moved up our wedding ceremony to the weekend of our five year anniversary, and despite all the fear 2020 brought, we still got married in front of smaller group of family and friends. Now that we're out of the woods, we're ready to party and celebrate one year of marriage and six years together with a 'Til Death Do Us Part(y) reception!

We went to high school together but did not know each other. While we had some of the same friends, our paths never crossed. We officially met through a mutual friend (groomsman, Chris Sunday) on New Year's Eve 2014. We went on our first date in January of 2015, but the timing wasn't right. We then went on another first date 11 months later in November of 2015 - that time, timing was perfect and we've been together ever since. Cut to 4 years later, we were in Yosemite National Park celebrating our anniversary. We took a 7-mile hike up to Yosemite Falls. Once we made it to the top, with the famous Half Dome as the backdrop, Ben officially asked Rachel to spend the rest of their lives together.
