The High Line is a 1.45-mile-long elevated linear park, greenway and rail trail created on a former New York Central Railroad spur on the west. Now it is a beautiful green space with art installations and beautiful views of the sky line— certainly worth checking out. There is no starting point to the High Line. You can enter the High Line from multiple access points, so the start of the High Line is wherever you choose to enter! The northern end of the High Line is at West 34th Street & 12th Avenue. Its southern end is at Gansevoort St. & Washington St. near the Whitney Museum of American Art.
“The Whitney” is a museum of American modern and contemporary art. Generally fewer crowds than MOMA. Located in the Meatpacking district. The Meatpacking District has slaughterhouse origins, but is now a luxury destination filled with clubs, stylish restaurants and several of the City's trendiest hotels.
MOMA, the Museum of Modern Art, focuses on modern art, but it is an international collection with works by artists from all countries (with lots of Europeans -- Picasso, Matisse, Cezanne,etc.)

The Feast of San Gennaro 2023 in Little Italy, NYC runs from Thursday September 14 through Sunday September 24! Although the Feast of San Gennaro is a celebration of faith (folks tip their hats to the Patron Saint of Naples, Italy) the festive atmosphere, delicious food and colorful processions are what it’s known for. For 11 days, Little Italy is transformed into a red, white and green bash with special guests, live music and a cannoli eating contest.
