A room block is available for November 7th-9th at the Hyatt Place St. Paul/Downtown. This block will be available for booking until all rooms are full or until October 9th, 2025, whichever comes first. This hotel is walking distance from the venue (0.3 miles, less than 10 minute walk). If you attempt to book and the block is full, please let Lauren or Evan know and we'll do our best to extend the block. There are two booking options: OPTION 1: Online Booking 1. Select your Check In Date (Nov 7th or 8th) and Check Out Date (Nov 9), then select BOOK NOW. 3. Confirm the room type shows “Spadine Flett…” next to the rate. Click SELECT & BOOK next to your chosen room type. 4. Review the room type details. Under "Choose Your Rate", ensure “Spadine Flett…” is selected, then click BOOK. 5. For guests staying in the Hyatt Place St. Paul/Downtown, valet parking is available for $32 per day with 24-hour, in and out access. This is the only parking option provided by the hotel. The valet is operated by a 3rd party company and vehicles are parked below the hotel in a climate controlled, secured area. The following self-park options are also available nearby. These are not affiliated with the hotel and will not allow in and out access. These parking options are listed in order of closest to farthest from the hotel's main entrance.
