The ceremony will be held outside at the Mount Ida lakeside gazebo. Please plan to arrive at 4:45 PM to allow for enough time to be seated. Shuttles to the ceremony will be available, leaving from the Omni Downtown Charlottesville between 3:45 - 4:00 PM (additional information on the Travel and FAQ tab). On-site parking will be available.

The cocktail hour and reception will be held in the Event Barn at Mount Ida. Transportation for the brief ride from the ceremony to the reception will be provided. Additionally, on-site parking will be available.
After Party

For those who want to keep the party going, we'll be having an afterparty at Coupe's, a casual outdoor bar on the UVA corner with live music. Buses will stop at Coupe's on the way back to the Omni, and skip-the-line wristbands will be provided.
