The attire for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail. The venue is outdoors with varied terrain including grass, gravel and dirt. Ladies, flats and wedges are recommended over high heels. Men, ties are optional.

Weather

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors with limited shade. The cocktail hour will have shade options and the reception will be in a tented outdoor space. Historically, the average high temperature for August 13th in Petaluma is 83 degrees and the average overnight low is 53 degrees.

Transportation

Answer

Rosewood Events is approximately a 15 minute drive from downtown Petaluma. Uber/Lyft is not reliable for the area as cellular service can be spotty at the venue. A shuttle service will be provided to and from Rosewood from downtown Petaluma. While there is parking at Rosewood, we encourage those without a designated driver to use the shuttle service.

Outside of children in the wedding party and newborns we are asking everyone to leave their children at home.
