At which resort is the wedding being held?

Answer

Please be sure to book specifically at the "RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas" resort. There are three RIU resorts in Cabo, so please choose the correct one.

Can I stay at another hotel in Cabo San Lucas?

Answer

Our wedding package requires that all guests stay at the RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas.

What is included in the cost of the resort?

Answer

Your stay at the RIU Palace is all inclusive (Food, Drinks, Entertainment). There is 24 hour room service and poolside service as well.

Is there a group rate or promo code for booking hotel rooms?

Answer

We decided not to use the group rate service as it was more oriented towards businesses and events rather than wedding guests. It ended up being a better deal to have all guests book independently, therefore, no promo code.

How do I register for RIU class in order to get 10% off my stay?

Answer

To join RIU Class, find the button that says register and enter your information. You shouldn't need a welcome code, and if you'd like to add our account as the referring friend, our account # is 95259782. When finished, click send and you will receive an email with your account #. Use the account number and password to log into the RIU website, and the discount will be automatically applied to your account.

Where at the resort is the wedding being held?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at the East Gazebo overlooking the ocean. The reception will be held at the Arcos Terrace. We will not be on the beach for the wedding so you do not need to worry about the sand.

What is the current COVID-19 policy for traveling to Mexico?

As of right now, there are very few COVID-19 restrictions. However, for specific and updated policies please visit, https://www.visitloscabos.travel/covid-19/ Remember to check back before your trip to make sure you have the most accurate information.

Are kids welcome?

While kids are welcome to our wedding, the RIU resort is definitely more oriented towards adults. If you are bringing your kids, please let Sophia or Nate know beforehand.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Semi-Formal Attire. Please DO NOT wear white, cream, ivory, champagne or light beige.

What should I bring to the wedding?

Most importantly have a valid passport, wedding outfit, and US Dollars for tipping servers.
