There is no need to book a hotel before the wedding! For those who are traveling in, the VRBO listed below will be open at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, October 17, before the Welcome Dinner.
House Or Rental
Our stay will take please at Sunset Shores on Lake Norman. Check in is 5:00 p.m Thursday the 17th. Guests are welcome to get ready at the VRBO prior to the welcome party. We will have a member of the family on site to welcome guests in. Access information to be provided in a personal email from either the bride or groom to prevent sharing. Sunset Shores Resort sits on 500 feet of shoreline and 1.63 acres of land, with open and long range views of Lake Norman. This lakefront retreat has 11,000+ square footage with 2 homes, three docks, a boat ramp, a boardwalk, a private beach area with fire pit, lake toys, and, of course, amazing sunsets. The Grand House at Sunset Shores Resort has 3 full floors of entertaining and living space, and expansive outdoor space and will house the family. Dinner and most food service will take place in the Grand House. The Homestead is the smaller of the two homes, and has a large porch, hot tub and fire pit installed for guests to enjoy year round with amazing lake views. This will primarily house the rest of the visiting guests. Check out the link to see the property! All guests will have assigned rooms provided. Beds will be shared for most individuals due to size of the party and the exactness of bed spots on the properties.
