Please RSVP by October 18th, 2023 so we can have an accurate headcount.
Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our loved ones. We are not extending +1s at this time. If your partner is invited, their name is listed on your Save the Date. If you are still unsure, please check with Sophia or Tom.
Please be at the venue no later than 4pm. Late parties will not be permitted entrance.
We kindly ask that you come in cocktail attire and refrain from wearing loud colors. Neutral colors, earth tones, light florals, and soft pastels are some examples we love! For women, this means a dress (midi or maxi) or jumpsuit. For men, this means a slacks or dress pants (no jeans please) with a button down shirt, either short or long sleeve. Those who come not adhering to the dress code will NOT be admitted.
Your presence on our special day is what is most important to us! If you would like to get us a gift, please visit the Registry section to contribute to one of our funds. Due to Tom and Sophia being homeowners in a condo, we pretty have everything we need.
You can expect very warm maximum average daytime temperatures of around 34°C (94°F) and nighttime temperatures around 21°C (70°F). Those night and day temperatures are average and some days may be even warmer.
Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all outdoors.
Because the wedding is outdoors on grass and sand, we highly advise against wearing stilettos to our ladies. We suggest going with chunky heels or heeled sandals instead! For the men, we suggest wearing sneakers or dress shoes.
We have hired a photographer to capture the day! Please refrain from using all electronics devices during the ceremony. After the ceremony, please take as many photos as you’d like to capture this special day!
No. Costa Rica accepts and uses the American dollar as currency. However, you may be given change in Costa Rican Colons and will want to exchange or use that before coming back to the US.
We suggest letting your bank know that you will be traveling abroad for the specified dates so you can use your cards without being flagged.
Costa Rica observes Central Standard Time (CST) all year. There are no daylight savings time changes.
Outlets are the same as in the US, so no electric adapters/converters are needed.
