No. We already postponed the wedding twice. If the hotel is open, the wedding will take place as planned. And if the California mask mandate is still in place by then, we'll all have to wear masks when indoors. Either way, we're requiring all of our guests to be fully vaccinated (including boosters). If the pandemic worsens to the point of the hotel closing, then we'll have no choice but to make alternative plans. In that case, we'll update you as soon as possible.
The wedding is on Sunday, May 29, 2022, 4:30–10:00 p.m., at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Restaurant, 2660 Calhoun St., Old Town, San Diego.
The wedding and reception are in the same venue, so no one has to drive anywhere after the ceremony! The venue is the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Restaurant, 2660 Calhoun St., Old Town, San Diego.
At this time, the ceremony will be in an open courtyard and dining/reception will be indoors (with open doors). If the setting changes (indoor/outdoor), we will update this page. It's worth noting that the high temperature on May 29 will probably be in the upper 60s to low 70s with mostly sunny skies.
We want you to be comfortable, but we're also asking guests to dress semi-formally (i.e., no jeans, shorts, T-shirts, torn clothes, sandals, etc.).
No. However, house wine and beer will be offered during cocktail hour, and other alcohol will be available for purchase at the cash bar.
We don't have a registry, but if you contribute to our honeymoon fund under the Registry section, you'll be our best friend forever. You also can access the honeymoon fund page directly at www.zola.com/registry/sonyaandtom.
We love children, but only kids over 6 or 7 years old can attend. Thanks for understanding.
No. Thanks for understanding.

We don't have recommendations, per se, but we do have a list of two- and three-star hotels within one mile of our wedding venue on the Travel section of this website.
