Majestic Resort Group Rate Stay

This is the Resort that the Wedding Ceremony/Reception is hosted at and is where ceremony guests are "intended" to stay for your convenience. There is a significant group Rate discount offered to guests who are on the RSVP list and stay from the 15th through 17th (checkout 18th). You can Check in at any time on the 15th. Best rate is for 2 occupants to a room ($250/night vs. standard rate of $590-700) Our Travel agent will work with each individual/Couple regarding this. Please do not attempt to book here on your own if you want the group rate. If you do not wish to book here, you are welcome to make arrangements for yourself at another hotel and can still attend the wedding.

Beach Wedding Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Beach Attire: Optional for Semi formal or - linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. On and around sand so perhaps re-think Stiletos. Wedding colors are “Tropical” such as Green, Burnt orange, yellow, pink and purple.

Cocktail hour/free time
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Quintana, Mexico
Cocktail our will be at the beach bar concluding the wedding from 4:30-5:30. If the heat becomes to intense, we will move to the sky piano bar.
Reception
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Semi-formal/Comfort. This events planned setting is the beach, so stiletto's are not recommended
Reception will be held on the Beach if weather permits. Location will be moved to Piano sky-bar should wind or rain arise.
