Katy and I met online in October 2019, although we didn’t meet for the first time till January 31, 2021. We talked everyday as friends, and slowly built a strong friendship to last, and that would be building blocks to a relationship for the rest of our lives! As we slowly started hanging out more and more, I realize I couldn’t get this woman out my head. At Watershed, we were laying in bed, and I looked over and asked if she would like to make this official? She looked at me with a big smile, and said yes! A couple months later, I ended up popping the question at one of our favorite restaurants in downtown, Seattle Aqua. After dinner, I told her let’s get a picture with the cruise boats. We almost didn’t walk down the pier, because she was full and ready to go home, but I said it would be quick and she gave in. On a beautiful evening, with an arch, flowers, music, and a marry me sign, I got down on a knee to ask her to spend forever with me! She said yes, and couldn’t get a bigger smile on her face! Now we are counting down the days till we can actually say I do, and spend forever together!
