The Bride's baby sister! I have known Rachel her entire life and have loved her with my whole heart since she was born. She is truly my inspiration in so many ways and excels at everything she does. Rachel is currently a freshman, Dual-Degree Engineering major at THE Spelman College. And a fashion icon across the AUC. Also a music enthusiast who keeps me up on the latest. Best Man
I was introduced to my uncle James while visiting my grandparents for the first time as a kid. Being just a year older than me we were ideal playmates. My uncle James witnessed many of my life firsts due to the fact that we spent so much time together growing up. I stayed with my grandparents in Bixby, OK during summers and lived with them for a period of time. During these times myself and James' friendship grew during those summers. We would hunt, fish, swim in creeks, make homemade bow and arrows and go on adventures in the woods. On any given day we would allow our imaginations takeover which led to many of my fondest memories growing up. James currently owns and operates his own BBQ business in Tulsa, Oklahoma. James' favorite place in the world is... Bixby, OK.

The Bride's best friend! I would not have made it through college without the Thelma to my Louise, the Pam to my Gina, the Molly to my Issa. Armani and I met during New Student Orientation week at THE Spelman College in the Fall of 2013. God placed us directly across the hall from each other and we instantly clicked. We would leave our bedroom doors open and have full-blown conversations across the hall. We have endless memories together in and out of Atlanta and the country (most will stay just between us). We wore the same clothes and shoe size so what was mine was her hers and vice versa. I value my friendship with Armani in so many ways and am so honored to have her as my Bridesmaid. Armani's favorite place in the world is... Lagos, Nigeria.

I first met Jeremy at a Student Veteran Association leadership meeting while we both were attending Georgia State University in Atlanta. We have so much in common. Both served in the military, ride motorcycles, love boxing and eating seafood! We flew out to Vegas together to watch the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight. Jeremy is a diehard Minnesota Vikings fan. He is easy going and laid back. Jeremy is one of my best friends. More like my brother actually. He named me his son's Godfather, which is truly an honor! Jeremy is from Danville, VA. He was with me when I first met Lauren and has all the details of that special day should you care to know. Jeremy's favorite place in the world is... Tyrone, GA.

The Bride's best friend! I have known Danielle for 17 whole years! lol We met in the first grade at Resnik Elementary (shout out Gaithersburg!). We have been through so much together, and despite going to different middle schools, high schools and out of state colleges, we have maintained a closer than ever friendship. Danielle is currently a fashion and style connoisseur in New York City. Yes she's rubbed shoulders with Nicki Minaj, yes she's attended the Victoria Secret Fashion Show in NYC, yes she has connects at Vogue! How, you ask? Because she's out here going above and beyond! I am so happy to have my Puerto Rican Princess as my Bridesmaid. Danielle's favorite place in the world is... Puerto Rico. Wepaaa!

I met Devante while pursuing membership into Kappa Alpha Psi in Pittsburgh. He is my line Brother and to me he is known as Boy Skout and Tre. Throughout the process of becoming Kappa men, our bond of brotherhood was born. This bond will last through eternity. We're in touch daily in one way or another. Devante is from Springfield, MA. He's easy going and sociable. I'd consider him to be a sports fanatic. He played basketball in college before getting injured and served in the West Virginia Army National Guard. His favorite teams are the New England patriots, Boston Celtics, Duke Blue Devils BB and University of Alabama FB. If you want a good sports debate just talk down on one of his teams as I often do. Devante's favorite place in the world is... Jamaica.

The Bride's best friend! I met Alana five years ago through Armani when she came to visit Spelman College. Alana quickly became my baby Spelman sister and favorite Caribbean gyal dem. I want to be like Alana when I grow up because this girl is jet setter for real and a master travel agent (she plans all of our girls trips). I dare you to ask Alana about any country off the top of your head and she has been there before! She also has this superpower of being super loveable to everyone she meets! Like everyone loves Alana. So if you see her on the dance floor bussin' a dutty wine, show her some love and dance with her. Alana's favorite place in the world is... Senegal.

Morton was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He's easy going and sociable. Diehard Steelers and boxing fan. Well known around Pittsburgh as a Banker and for his community involvement. Morton is the unofficial mayor of Pittsburgh in my book. If you want to know anything about Pittsburgh just ask Morton. Morton's favorite place in the world is... South Beach.
