Will there be transportation to/from the hotels?

Answer

Yes! We will have transportation for guests staying at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs and the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs. Shuttle pick-up will be at 3:30pm on wedding day. Uber/Lyft is also available and easily accessible to and from the venue.

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 23rd on our website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would love to include everyone's children, but unfortunately unless they are listed on your invitation we cannot accommodate due to venue space restrictions. We hope you understand!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large (free) parking lot at Southall Meadows you are welcome to park in. We just ask that no cars are left overnight.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Please arrive promptly at 4pm to enjoy a glass of champagne and be seated.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are planning to have a "day after" bar crawl in downtown Nashville on Saturday, November 2nd. No RSVP needed! Stop by at any point during the day. The bar locations and timing are listed on a tab on our website.
