The attire for the ceremony and reception is business/formal attire. Wear something that you feel gorgeous in and that allows you to get down and dance!

Answer

Parking at Treaty Oak is very limited! Please check out the travel page to see a map showing where you can park. Parking at Brick and Beam is very easy. There's a huge gated lot at the location.
