Ryan and I's paths had crossed many times, from East Cary Middle School to the Junior Prom. However, we became close friends during our first year at NC State. In the Spring of our Sophomore year, we realized there may be something more and we started dating. We have been to countless football games and formals. We graduated and entered the "real world" together (one of us on time!). We even added sweet Sadie Mae to our little family. Ryan and I can't wait to celebrate our journey with you and for the many years and milestones to come.

Every year, the Callahan family takes a vacation to Myrtle Beach over Memorial Day weekend. I [Lauren] have been lucky enough to join in on the fun for the past 4 years. This year was special as his parents had purchased their own place down there and our closest friends were joining us. We had planned an outing with our friends and Ryan's family at the Crooked Hammock Brewery for a tasting. Little did I know my flight of cocktails would be extra special! Ryan got down on one knee and when I looked around the corner, my parents and family had come down to be a part of the moment. It was picture perfect and we even had a photographer there to capture it!
