When should I RSVP by?

WILL YOU HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO THE VENUE?

Answer

We’ve got you covered with two shuttles from McMinnville to Abbey Road Farm. The first shuttle will leave at 3:00 pm from the Comfort Inn and the second shuttle at 3:15 pm from the Atticus Hotel in McMinnville, OR to Abbey Road Farm. After the reception, the shuttles will head back to the Comfort Inn and Atticus Hotel around 10:00 PM. There are lots of hotels nearby, so why not stay the night and keep the party going in McMinnville! We reserved a space at the Conservatory Bar in McMinnville to go following the reception. Shuttles will make a stop there before going to the hotels.

While we love your kids, we are having a kid-free wedding. Thanks for understanding!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request semi formal attire for our wedding. Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride, such as various shades of white.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at 20-30 minutes before our 4pm ceremony time. If you arrive late we ask you stand in the back until the ceremony is over.

Is there parking at Abbey Road Farm?

Answer

There is plenty of onsite parking at the venue!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Abbey Road Farm. The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will follow indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP you will be prompted to input your dietary restrictions.
