Since our wedding is on a Sunday, we realized the traditional late night wedding schedule would likely pose difficulty for some guests, and opted for an earlier celebration. Our ceremony begins at 3:30 in the afternoon and reception should wrap up at around 9 in the evening. After that, those who are interested will be heading somewhere in Pier Village, which is just across the street, for an after party. For those who need to get home at a reasonable hour, we completely understand if you would like to head out a bit early. For any out-of-towners or anyone who will be staying into Monday, we sincerely appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to be with us!
Easygoing cocktail attire is suggested - after all, we will be down the shore! For the gentlemen, any suit, jacket, or just a nice dress shirt and pants combo works. For the ladies, a cute dress, jumpsuit, dressy pants, or any outfit you would wear to a beachfront cocktail party is great. Our ceremony and a portion of our reception will be held outside (weather permitting) on brick patio, gravel, and other slightly uneven textures. We encourage guests to wear comfortable shoes, such as flats or lower, chunkier heels, and to be prepared for potentially cooler autumn temperatures. Being a block from the ocean means that even warm, sunny days can turn easily into breezy, chilly evenings.
Although we love your little ones, this is an adults-only affair.
If your invitation includes a guest, then the answer is yes! Please know that while we wish we could include more friends and family in our festivities, we are currently at capacity and are not able to accommodate any additional plus-ones.
Our food stations will have a little something for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan-friendly choices. If you have another type of restriction, please let us know and we will check with our caterer for suitable options.
