Before the ceremony begins at 5:00pm, a shuttle will depart from The W Hotel Philadelphia to the venue at 4:00pm, 4:15pm, 4:30pm and 4:45pm. The reception concludes at 11:30pm. Beginning at 10:30pm, shuttles will be available to make trips from the venue to the hotels and after party.
