We have provided recommendations for transportation to and from the airport on the “Travel” page of our website.

Question

Will I have to pay for anything once I get to the resort?

Answer

Essentially no, as the resort is all-inclusive, meaning food, beverages, entertainment and activities are included. The amenities and services that are not included in your all-inclusive package are select wines and liquors, private dinners, spa treatments, beauty salon, phone calls, laundry, babysitters and external tours from agencies located in the hotel, among other additional services.

Do I need to bring cash?

Answer

Yes. While food and drinks are included at the resort, we recommend having small bills on hand to leave a tip for servers, bartenders, golf cart drivers and housekeeping. Gratuity for meals is already factored into the price of the meal so you don't need to add gratuity to your meals, but small tips left on the table are appreciated.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY AT PUEBLO BONITO?

Answer

If cancellation is received 21 days or before your arrival, the initial deposit will be refunded. * Cancellation made from 20 days to 0 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 night * If you failed to arrive on the confirmed date (no show) full stay as confirmed will be charged. * Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for your confirmed stay. Should you purchase a room+flight package, Pueblo Bonito is NOT responsible for the airline policies. Please note full prepayment may be required when using this option to reserve.

I want to go into the city to eat, drink, shop and play, can I Uber from the resort?

Answer

Due to the size of the property and the distance from the main entrance to the resort itself, Pueblo Bonito will allow Uber drops offs, but does NOT allow Uber pick-ups. The resort provides a shuttle that leaves hourly beginning at 10am every day that drops off at its sister locations in the city (Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos). From there you can Uber wherever you need to go! Taxi pickups and drops offs to and from the resort will also be an option and are available 24 hours a day.

Do the resort room block rates apply if we want to extend our trip?

Answer

The negotiated room block rates will apply for the nights of February 19th-27th. FYI- Jamie and Mike will be staying February 20th-26th :-)

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. You are more than welcome to bring your child(ren) to Mexico and the resort, but our wedding events will be adults-only. Child care will be offered for an additional cost and is subject to availability. Please reach out to Jamie if you need more information.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to share this special day with everyone, please only bring guests that were addressed on your invitation and listed when you filled out your RSVP.
