Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
You can RSVP anytime on this website, but please make sure to submit your response no later than September 6, 2025. Formal invitations with additional details will be sent out closer to the wedding date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive between 4:30pm-5:00pm. The doors will not be open prior to 4:30pm. If you arrive early, we recommend exploring around Old Sacramento. The doors will close at 5:00pm sharp and will reopen again at 5:30pm for cocktail hour.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be a formal event. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown, a formal cocktail dress or a formal pantsuit. In October, the average temperature in Sacramento is a high of 82°F and a low of 53°F, so we recommend layering or bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable as the evening cools.

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Ironman Triathlon will be the same weekend which will impact traffic and hotel accommodations. So please book early! Please contact Cierra at (415) 423-4244 or handisom14@gmail.com for the hotel block accommodations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There are nearby hotels within walking distance of Old Sacramento. Sacramento is a small city that makes it easy to use Uber or Lyft.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, The Firehouse Restaurant provides valet parking. Please let Cierra know if you will be needing valet parking. This will be provided by the bride and groom.
Question
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be a mix of indoor and outdoor events, with the majority taking place outdoors in the courtyard. As the weather can be a bit cool in autumn evenings, we recommend bringing a light coat or sweater to stay comfortable during the outdoor portions of the celebration.

We’ve carefully curated our guest list and, unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate extra guests at this time. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!
