Denver International Airport (DIA)

Denver Airport (DIA) is 2.5 hours from Grand Lake Lodge with no traffic and includes some mountain roads. We recommend renting a car from DIA to use for the weekend! There is public transportation available from Denver Airport to Grand Lake via Home James Transportation (shuttle). Reservations are required 72 hours in advance and available for parties of three or more. Please visit ridehj.com/rates if you're interested in this option. Grand Lake has limited Uber service and book-ahead shuttle service, so we do suggest you rent a car as this is the best way to see and experience all that Denver, Grand Lake and Grand County has to offer.

*It is recommended to book by end of November as it is high demand season with limited availability* We highly recommend and prefer you stay at Grand Lake Lodge to be on-site for all wedding activities with no driving! While this resort was recently remodeled, please be prepared for rustic cabins in the Rocky Mountains giving an "adult summer camp" vibe (which is what we loved!). We have a hold on a small block of rooms at Grand Lake Lodge. Room rate varies based on room choice. Reservations can be made at the hotel's website (www.grandlakelodge.com) using the GROUP CODE (listed below). If additional days are needed either before Friday 8/5 or after Sunday 8/7 please book the Friday -> Sunday range online, and then email Ajohnson@highwaywest.com or groups@highwaywest.com to request an extension. The resort will be able to add additional days on either side and apply the same group rate. Please email them referencing the Silvi/Cooper Wedding and details of what you have already booked.
