How will I find my transporation after arrival?

Answer

If you booked through our wedding website with Andrea, you will be on a list with guests who plan to arrival around the same time! Andrea will follow-up with details once we get closer to the date!

When should I book my flight & what days?

Answer

Feel free to decide what days' work best for your travel and book your flights individually! Most people will likely be flying in Wednesday-Sunday (April 10th-14th), but feel free to come earlier or stay later depending on your availability. Anthony and Kelley plan to arrive Tuesday the 9th and depart on Monday the 15th.

Meal Arrangements

Anthony and Kelley will be hoping to see everyone for a meal or two throughout the week! We plan to eat mainly at the resort within the all-inclusive package. Most of the restaurants on-site typically require a reservation for dinner, so you can call prior or go directly to the host earlier in the day to book the time you would like to eat - Some places will take walk-ins as well; you may just have to wait a little. Please feel free to go to whatever restaurants you would like to try throughout the week! We have no planned dinners as of now, but it may be difficult to get a big group together for each dinner; other than the wedding reception, and cocktail welcome, so feel free to go wherever you would like to eat. We will do our best to spend time with everyone!!

Should we book our own excursions?

Feel free to book your own sightseeing adventures!! The only days we will have wedding events are Thursday, April 11th for a cocktail welcome hour, and Friday the 12th wedding day which will start at 4:30pm! Please use this as your own vacation time and plan what will make you happiest at the resort or off-site! We plan to spend most of our time by the pool hanging with our favorite people :)

What's included & what isn't with the all-inclusive package?

Answer

Included: Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner & drinks throughout the day :) Not included: The resort has some specific premium items that are not included. Things like top shelf alcohol, cabanas, or tomahawk steaks may be an additional upcharge. Just some things to keep in mind as you order, but most things you want should be included unless you would like specific pricier items.

What to wear to the wedding?

The dress code will be beach casual via google lol :) Please be comfortable to dance the night away!

What if I need something from the store?

Answer

The resort is in downtown Playa Del Carmen. There are plenty of stores nearby within walking distance for anything you may need!

Do I need to bring Cash?

Answer

Yes! Although the resort is all-inclusive and meals/drinks are paid for in the package, please still bring cash to tip the bartenders & servers :) This is their form of income and goes a long way if you want your food/drinks faster!!

How will I find my transportation?
