What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Yes, we are allowing kids of invited guests

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the ceremony and reception (at the same place). Cars can be left overnight.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Formal attire required. Jackets are required for men.

For provided transportation how to I sign up?

Answer

When you RSVP please make sure to indicate if you will need transportation (from Hampton Inn Murphy & Stonebrook Lodge). If you missed this upon your initial RSVP please feel free to edit it by going to the RSVP tab and searching for your name.

If I signed up for transportation, what time are the shuttles available?

Answer

The shuttles will start picking up at 2:30PM and last pick up will be at 4PM to ensure everyone makes it prior to the 4:30PM ceremony start time. We recommend trying to get an earlier ride so that the last ride is not too full. Rides back will begin at 9PM and continue until 11PM. If you've been waiting longer than 15 minutes, feel free to call the shuttle service. 828-557-5605.

Will transportation from the afterparty be provided?

Answer

While the transportation through 11PM will be on our tab, feel free to stay later as the transportation company will be offering rides as needed for $10/pp in cash. If the after-hours shuttle is needed please call or text 828-557-5605.
