In 2021, we traveled to Oaxaca to celebrate a friends' wedding anniversary during Day of the Dead and fell in love with the city. Oaxaca is famous for being a cultural and culinary Mecca, and we're excited to share the city with those of you who have never visited. 

Since we anticipate the possibility of an increased number of tourists during Labor Day weekend, we strongly encourage those of you who are planning to attend the wedding to book your travel and accommodations as soon as you can. 

The ceremony will be held at a former convent-turned-hotel now known as the Quinta Real. There are a limited number of rooms available there, but accommodations are also available at several other nice hotels in the vicinity, as well as via Air B&B and VRBO.
