A favorite of residents and visitors alike, Jonah's offers some of the best eats in the area. We also took our first picture together here!
Cherokee Lake
Take a stroll around Cherokee Lake, enjoy the playground, or tour the 1500 roses in the Rose Garden. We took a walk in the park on our first date, and Joshua proposed under the gazebo of the Rose Garden. It is definitely a special place!
Historic Downtown
Thomasville is an award-winning Main Street Program city, and has charming downtown perfect for walking, shopping, and snacking! Some of our favorites include the Bookshelf, Imagination Emporium (a specialty toy store), and Sweet Cacao Chocolates. Sometimes you can even smell the fresh-baked bread from the Flowers Bakery!
MacIntyre Park & Disc Golf Course
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of this park, it's wonderful playground, or a round of disc golf. This is one of Joshua's favorite pastimes!
Thomasville Tomahawk
Try your hand at axe throwing! Even if you are as uncoordinated as a certain bride-to-be, it's fun for all.
Q Cafe
Q Cafe is our family's favorite brunch spot. Seriously-- the staff know my grandparents by name. Stop by for enormous cathead biscuits, or the best home-fries in town!
