We met in the 8th grade! We remained friends for years, & reconnected at a carnival when we were teenagers! We dated for some time until life got in the way (The Navy & respiratory school). We remained close friends, talking, going on dates and trying to figure a way we could work this out. Finally in 2020 he asked me to be his plus one to a wedding ( thanks Laura and Cody 😂) and it’s pretty much been set in stone since then. Finishing school, ending his Navy enlistment, COVID and all the things in between I’m so glad time was finally on our side 😊
