Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions that may come to mind about our big day. If you have any additional questions not addressed below, feel free to reach out to us. We are more than happy to help!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans please!

Can I bring a plus one? What about kids?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult only event.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

You may arrive anytime after 3:00 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.

May I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony so once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures.

Will the ceremony/reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the pavilion lawn & the reception will take place inside the Clubhouse. If the weather is not in our favor, both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Is there transportation to/from the hotel?

Answer

A shuttle will be running from 2:00 pm until 12:30 am following the reception. It will ONLY be running between Geneva National Resort and The Ridge Hotel. Guests staying at other locations will have to coordinate a safe way to get home individually.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking on site. Please park in the large lot located outside of the clubhouse.
