What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is: Formal to Semi-Formal We will be dressing and looking our best - we would love to see our friends and family do the same! We suggest men wear a suit and women wear cocktail, full length dresses, or nice pantsuits. PS: The Ceremony AND reception are outside! Be prepared in case Florida decides to be cold!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" this means that we are asking all phones and devices be put away on on silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our day and we would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony is complete, feel free to take as many photos as you like!

Can I bring a guest or date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any other questions!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Inivitations will be specific and will include the name of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Cheers!

Is the Venue Handicap Accessible?

Answer

Due to The Howey Mansion being a historical home, there are some stairs going throughout the house and to the reception space. if you require additional assistance to walk to the ceremony please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
