I moved into my new apartment and Jerson work was below my building. I would see him quite often as I went back and forth to work. One day, he stops me and asks me to be his tutor for English. At the time I was in aware that he was new to America. We exchanged numbers, we would discuss the time I would start his lessons. We made a agreement to do lessons for an hour. One day I asked him would he mind coming over to talk as friends and share words. He agreed and came over. He then made a confession in how much he deeply cared for me. I was very hesitant and distant but somehow I felt very comfortable and I felt our chemistry and we had our first date and since then we have been growing with each other and so far he has just been amazing as I have been amazing to him. He feels a void I have felt for a long time.

On this day we were at the hospital with Khay’lan. I was sleeping and he was outside the trim. I was woken up by the nurse and stated “the doctor would like to speak with you”. As I got up and walked out, I walked up to the nurse and she pointed to him. I had no clue what was going on. I was very sleepy and confused. He told me to sit down, he got up in front of me and said I love you, got in one knee and ask me to be his wife in SPANISH! We are so excited to share the next chapter of our lives with you and so happy to be with each other!
