When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending out formal invitations soon, which will include the RSVP details. Once the invitations are sent, we will ask you to RSVP by the date provided. Stay tuned!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes, we have a hotel block set up at the Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley. For more details on how to secure the discounted rate, please check the 'Travel' tab above.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 3:00 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and get settled before the ceremony begins at 3:30 PM.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes, we’re pleased to provide complimentary valet parking at the Chaminade Resort and Spa for your convenience.

Will the wedding be held outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is black tie optional. We encourage formal attire, so feel free to wear a tuxedo or gown, but a suit and tie or a cocktail dress are also perfectly appropriate.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

When you RSVP, names of all children invited will be included. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Answer

We will be offering a vegetarian meal option to accommodate various dietary preferences. If you have specific allergies or restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs!
