When you drive up to the main entrance to the Miami Seaquarium, let the parking attendant know that you are there for Sunset Cove wedding, once you drive inside, make a right and drive all the way down until you see the second black gate (pass the boat dock) on the left. You will see a roundabout drive way in front of the second black gate to your left with four palm trees at the front. You can park in the area right in front.
