All wedding events will take place at The Willard Hotel. The link will automatically populate the reservation dates as 12/27 – 12/29 at The Willard. Guests needing one night only will need to hit “CHANGE SEARCH” at the top of the screen, then update the dates of stay and hit search to refresh the results. If guests need dates outside of the group dates, please to book the reservation for 2 nights and then reach out to Julia Rapley, Julia.Rapley@ihg.com, for assistance with adding other nights.

If traveling from NY, NJ or anywhere on the east coast, Amtrak is an easy and cost-effective option to get to DC. The closest station is Union Station, which is a quick uber/taxi to the hotel.

If traveling from NY or NJ, there are also several different buses options to get you to DC. A few trusted services include Greyhound, Megabus and BOLT bus.
Flight
Airports
The closest airports are Dulles International (IAD), Ronald Regan (DCA), and Baltimore (BWI). Taxi/Uber is easily available to get from the airport.
