When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

At this time, we are not able to accommodate children over the age of 2 (outside of immediately family in the wedding party). Because that, we hope you can enjoy the weekend kid free!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 3:00pm to our 3:30pm ceremony. This will give you plenty of time to find a spot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, grab a ride on our Party Bus for no cost! The bus will pick up people at 2:10pm with a departure from Hampton Inn Chippewa Falls and a 2:20pm departure Holiday Inn Chippewa Falls with a 2:55pm arrival time at Fest Valley Events for plenty of time to get settled in to our woodsy ceremony. The bus driver will be on site through cocktail hour/dinner for any needed trips to/from venue/hotels. Otherwise, evening trips are scheduled to depart Fest Valley Events @ 8pm, 10:00pm, 12:00am.

What's for dinner? I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Join us for PIZZA....from a Fire Truck! Please request Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan pizza options if necessary when filling out your RSVP.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have two hotel blocks at two separate hotels, choose whichever best fits your needs. The shuttle will make stops at both. Please refer to the travel portion of our website for more information on hotels.
